Cisco Live! 2022

Cisco Live is a conference series delivered to all current and potential stakeholders to drive education and inspiration to technology innovators worldwide through large-scale in-person and digital events, as well as on-demand education.

For this event I designed and project managed former Cisco executive, Todd Nightingale’s main stage keynote. This was delivered in June at the 2022 Cisco Live event in Las Vegas.

Global Customer Advisory Board

The Global Customer Advisory Board (GCAB) is an elite group of Cisco customers from around the world. Technology leaders from top brands meet bi-annually under NDA with Cisco’s senior leaders to shape Cisco’s portfolio, strategy and investments.

My team and I co-created the overarching brand, and I was the lead designer supporting the continuous evolution of all creative and communications throughout the year. The following is a sample of a pre-event briefing guide distributed to Cisco’s executive leadership team.

GAP All-Team Meeting Series

The Global Platform as a Service (GAP) organization, supporting Nike’s Global Technology division, performed a quarterly meeting series to provide updates and opportunities for teams across the org and geos. I lead the branding, content management, and production for all virtual and in-person events for audiences of up to 600+ participants.

Powered By Magic

The purpose of this deck was to communicate the strength of the Walt Disney World® Resort Cast, as they are truly the legacy that continuously powers the magic, and connect these beliefs with a strategy to attract, care for, retain and enable best-in-class Cast Members to own the magic.

My team and I collectively developed the deck, which was presented in October, 2018. I created the initial look and feel, as well as took ownership for many of the final slide designs in the final presentation.

Disney’s International Women’s Day Conference

This presentation covered the purpose, mission and structure of the 2019 International Women’s Day (IWD) Conference held at Walt Disney World® Resort. This work was requested by internal strategy partners, who were having trouble aligning their thoughts with current IWD promotions and collateral. This particular presentation had a 48 hour turnaround, which my colleague Jacob and I worked together to complete. I created the template featured, and assisted in the development of the final piece. This deck was presented in January, 2019.

Trends in Hospitality

The objective of this work was to create a presentation look and feel for a presentation on hospitality that could be easily tailored to be presented at every resort across Walt Disney World® Resort. Working with the strategic planning and insights manager for Hotels & Resorts line of business and an instructional designer from the Operations Training team, I assisted in the pairing down of existing content, as well as the complete design of the pilot presentation. This work was presented to the Riviera leadership Cast in October, 2019.

Cast Dining Overview

This information was leveraged to introduce executives to the current state of Cast dining at Walt Disney World® Resort, as well as strategies currently in place and being developed that are centered on enhancing the complete experience of eating backstage.

Working with my team to generate content, I created the design and application of these communications. It has been featured in a book format, large scale printing, and as a presentation.

This presentation was designed to communicate the project overview, strategy, and activation of innovative training technology solutions to executive audiences at The Walt Disney Company. New World Training Strategy

The premise of this presentation was to identify key opportunities that establish a dynamic and immersive training experience for all Cast joining and supporting upcoming intergalactic experiences at Walt Disney World® Resort. This innovative strategy is critical for providing a holistically enhanced, interactive experience for Guests who visit.

I worked directly with the Director and Vice President of the Cast Experience and Operations Training to determine the story and content for communicating the strategy and implementation of this project. I also had complete ownership for the presentation and animation designs incorporated in the final product.
