Toy Story Land Opening Day Training
During the spring of 2018, I developed all of the printed training collateral used for the opening operations training of Toy Story Land at Walt Disney World® Resort. I also assisted a teammate by creating various environmental pieces used throughout the presentation portion to simulate the room featured in Toy Story and Toy Story 2.

ESPN Salesforce Training
During the Fall of 2017, I created and developed training collateral for ESPN's Sales class on the implementation of Salesforce. From start to finish, this project was developed and implemented in a 16 day time period. Below is the process and completion of the entire class.

Disney Service Essentials
During the Fall of 2019, I worked with an external consultant and an Operations Training instructional designer to develop a course that supports increased Guest service in Walt Disney World’s resorts. This class was later adapted to be used across all locations and lines of business. I was responsible for the story, development, and design of the presentation and print collateral. Below is the process and completion of the pilot course.
